Tische is an AI hospitality operating system for restaurants, bars, cafés and hotel dining. It connects direct and external reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, live floor operations, guest CRM, loyalty, approved campaigns and reporting in one workspace.
No. Tische is not a native point-of-sale system. It connects with supported POS platforms so order and payment data can improve guest profiles, reporting and revenue recommendations while the venue keeps its existing service workflow.
Yes. A venue can use Tische Direct Reservations or keep its current provider. Without an API, Tische can ingest forwarded booking emails, scheduled CSV exports, calendar feeds and quick manual entries, then reconcile unmatched bookings.
Tische does not charge a per-booking marketplace commission for reservations made through a venue’s Tische booking link. The venue can place that link on its website, social profiles, Google Business Profile, email campaigns and QR codes.
Existing venues can import 3, 6 or 12 months of reservation history during onboarding. Tische validates and maps that history to establish booking-pace and demand baselines. New venues begin with capacity and service rules, then build confidence from their own trading data.
Tische identifies a future sitting that is booking behind its comparable historical pattern, suggests a relevant guest audience and prepares an email or SMS campaign. The venue approves the audience, message, timing and offer before anything is sent.
Campaign booking links carry an attribution token. When a recipient books, Tische records the reservation, covers and campaign source; connected sales data can then add attributed revenue. Cancellations and no-shows remain part of the final result.
Hosts can add a walk-in in seconds and assign a table, party size and guest details. Connected POS activity and end-of-service reconciliation can help identify missing or unmatched covers.
The live floor view can show each configured table as available, reserved, seated, awaiting payment or cleaning. Venue teams can record server assignment, seating time, estimated release time and service delays so pacing decisions use the current room state.
Yes. Hosts can add walk-in demand to a virtual waitlist with party size, contact details and quoted wait time. When capacity becomes available, the venue can record a table-ready offer and track whether the guest accepts or declines.
Yes. Tische stores venue-level booking rules such as standard turn time, covers accepted per interval, cancellation window and deposit requirements. Rules can be adjusted for the venue instead of applying one generic service model.
A venue can activate its own loyalty programme, configure points earning, tiers, expiry and redeemable rewards, and maintain a balance ledger for enrolled guests. Loyalty activity remains connected to the guest profile rather than a demonstration counter.
Revenue Copilot answers specific venue questions using available reservation, campaign and service history. It shows the comparison period, evidence, confidence and expected value where sufficient data exists; if evidence is insufficient, it says so instead of generating generic advice.
Venue reporting covers reservations, covers, booking-source mix, cancellations, no-shows, repeat guests, campaign attribution and table-turn data where available. Authorised users can filter the period and export operational reservation data as CSV.
Yes. Authorised group users can switch between venues they are permitted to access. Each venue keeps its own service state, booking rules and reports, while group-level access is controlled by organisation membership and role.
Tische labels every provider by its actual activation status: production, beta, import-only, partner approval or planned. Venues can also use provider email ingestion, mapped CSV imports, calendar feeds and manual entry when a direct API is not available.
Not in the current beta. Native online ordering is the only major capability intentionally reserved for Phase 2. The current release focuses on reservations, service-floor intelligence, guest CRM, loyalty, campaigns, events, gift cards and reporting.
The venue remains responsible for and in control of its guest relationship. Tische provides tools to manage profiles, consent, preferences and communication history subject to the venue’s agreement, privacy obligations and configured access controls.
