Email legal@tische.com.au. Tische reviews allegations involving material hosted or controlled by Tische. Restaurant-owned content may need to be addressed directly with the relevant venue.
What to include
- Your full name, organisation, contact details and authority to act for the rights owner.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work, trademark or other right concerned, including registration details where relevant.
- The exact Tische URL or sufficiently precise location of the allegedly infringing material.
- An explanation of why the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A good-faith statement that the information supplied is accurate, plus your typed or electronic signature.
Review and counter-notices
We may ask for more information, forward the notice to the affected customer, preserve evidence, restrict access where reasonably appropriate, or decline incomplete or abusive notices. Affected users may respond with evidence of ownership, licence, exception or other lawful authority. Submitting a knowingly false claim may create legal liability.
