California Privacy Notice.

This notice supplements the Tische Privacy Policy only if the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to Tische and to the California resident making the request. It does not represent that Tische currently meets a statutory applicability threshold.
Information and purposes
Depending on the service used, Tische may process identifiers and contact details; internet or device activity; reservation, preference and commercial information; approximate location inferred from network data; and professional information for venue team members. Sources, purposes and recipients are described in the main Privacy Policy.
Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
Tische does not sell personal information for money. Tische does not currently operate cross-context behavioural advertising using guest reservation data. If practices change in a way that constitutes “sale” or “sharing” under California law, this notice and the Privacy Choices page will be updated before that activity begins.
Rights
Subject to verification, scope, exceptions and applicable law, eligible California residents may request access to categories or specific pieces of personal information, correction, deletion, information about collection and disclosure, or opt-out of sale or sharing. Tische will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising an applicable privacy right.
How to request
Use the Privacy Choices page or email privacy@tische.com.au. An authorised agent must provide evidence of authority, and we may verify the consumer directly. Venue-controlled guest data should normally be requested from the relevant venue.
